B.A. in Business Administration | Master of Science in Cybersecurity | Student-Athlete | Volleyball Coach

Aleksandra holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a specialization in Digital Marketing, which she completed in Springfield. She is currently in the final stage of her master’s degree in Cybersecurity in Miami. Throughout her studies, she completed internships at several American companies. She consistently earned a place on the Dean’s List and received numerous academic awards for outstanding performance.
In December 2025, she concluded her professional fifteen-year playing career. Her volleyball journey began at Volleyball Club Beograd and later continued at OK Radnički. She spent four years competing at the highest level of collegiate volleyball within the NCAA.
During five years of studying and playing volleyball in the United States, she and her teams won four conference championships (three NE-10 Conference titles and one Sun State Conference title). In addition to team success, she earned several prestigious athletic honors, including All-American, First Team All-Conference, Female Student-Athlete of the Year, and many other awards.
Following the completion of her playing career, she began her coaching career in 2025 as the head coach of a girls’ under-16 volleyball team at Tropics Volleyball Club, based in Miami. In a short period of time, she led her team to two tournament victories, successfully demonstrating a smooth transition from player to coach.
Five years of living and working in the United States enabled her to build a strong network of connections with college and club coaches, sports managers, athletes, and professionals in the sports industry. Her primary focus is on transferring knowledge, skills, professional standards, and a passion for the sport to younger generations of volleyball players, helping them reach their full potential – both on and off the court.
She has a particular interest in sports psychology and the psychology of success, with a focus on mental preparation, confidence building, and the development of a winning mindset. She actively studies and applies principles of sports psychology in her work with young athletes, firmly believing that mental strength is just as important as physical preparation.
