Tijana Prisc serves as COO at Initium Sports agency, where she coordinates the agency’s operational processes and supports student-athletes throughout the entire process of applying for sports scholarships in the United States.

She holds a degree in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology at the University of Belgrade, where she built a strong foundation in academic literacy, linguistics, and literature. She is continuing her graduate studies at Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, in the Mass Communication – Global Strategic Communications program, which gives her direct insight into the U.S. academic system and international communication practices.

The combination of her formal philological education and experience gained in an international academic environment makes her a natural bridge between the agency and families considering studying in America.

Her approach is grounded in clear communication, understanding each candidate’s individual needs, and in-depth knowledge of the processes behind a successful scholarship application.
